1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cab, tour package, or any service with Bajrangi Tour & Travels — whether via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after verbal or written acknowledgement from our team.
• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive the driver's details or a confirmation message from us.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
• Bookings made during peak seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Kumbh, etc.) should be made well in advance.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of driver charges and fuel.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and state border taxes are charged separately and payable by the passenger.
• Prices for outstation trips are one-way unless specified as round trip.
• We do not charge any hidden fees — what is quoted is what you pay.
• Payment is accepted in cash or UPI at the time of travel.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure: no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure: 25% of the trip amount may be charged.
• No-show without prior notice: full trip amount may be charged.
• In case we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver emergency), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged accordingly.
• Passengers are required to carry valid ID proof for inter-state travel.

6. Driver & Vehicle

• All drivers are police-verified with a valid commercial driving licence.
• Vehicles are well-maintained, AC equipped, and GPS tracked.
• The company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category if required.
• Drivers are not permitted to carry additional passengers without your consent.

7. Waiting Charges

• For airport pickups, no waiting charge applies for the first 60 minutes after scheduled landing.
• For other pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is provided free of charge.
• Beyond the grace period, waiting charges of ₹100–₹200 per hour may apply depending on the vehicle.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bajrangi Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control — including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, natural calamities, strikes, or government orders. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from use of our services, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

9. Pilgrimage & Tour Packages

• Tour itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted based on road conditions, temple timings, or passenger requirements.
• Accommodation and meals, unless explicitly included in the package, are the passenger's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by temple queues, rituals, or other religious activities.

10. Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your trip via WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve your concern fairly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
